Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and the regular operational process
  • Ensure the role of intermediary between operations, customers and carriers
  • Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise
  • Rigorously perform and maintain data and information in the WMS system
  • Manage, plan and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers
  • Administer daily tasks and all other projects to assist the operations team

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Sense of priorities and agility to accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent sense of work organization
  • Strong ability to work with computer systems
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Have interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator
