Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and the regular operational process
- Ensure the role of intermediary between operations, customers and carriers
- Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise
- Rigorously perform and maintain data and information in the WMS system
- Manage, plan and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers
- Administer daily tasks and all other projects to assist the operations team
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Sense of priorities and agility to accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent sense of work organization
- Strong ability to work with computer systems
- Initiative and ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Have interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator
