Pallet Pick Orders
Wiptec offers fulfillment solutions for orders by pallet and provides complete real time pallet traceability. This highly accurate service enables Wiptec to rapidly complete very high volume orders while keeping the fulfillment costs down. We also execute this type of order in cross dock mode where the pallets are unloaded when received and then directly shipped to the customer without ever needing to be stored in the warehouse.
Carton Pick Orders
Following our customers’ requirements and specifications, Wiptec excels in the picking and the fulfillment of these orders also called « Standard Pack orders ». With the help of optimized and dedicated picking zones (picking lines and pick modules), the execution of orders is fast and accurate. Our flexible systems and the use of equipment like pallet flow and carton flow enables Wiptec to process an impressive quantity of orders within very short window times.
Pick and Pack Orders
Wiptec Logistics possesses a vast experience in processing Pick and Pack orders, also called Pick Pack and Ship. With the use of our WMS, pick modules, carton flow and the latest technologies in RF equipment, we drastically reduce cycle times as well as the high costs associated to pick and pack order fulfillment. The flexibility of our operations in that field allows us to process an unlimited number of SKU (different product number) and to perform inner picking as well as unit picking.
E-fulfillment Orders
Benefit from the fast growing market of online business and e-commerce by profiting from our e-fulfillment solutions. This process greatly simplifies the logistics operations related to e-commerce. Using Wiptec’s efficient e-fulfillment services, when a customer buys a product on a web-store, the order is sent directly to our warehouse system.
