How do I transmit my orders to you?
Depending on the volume of your business and your company’s capacities we can offer different solutions. Wiptec Logistics can receive your orders via EDI or can give you secured access to our order entering screen that you can access from your location. You can also send us your orders manually through an e-mail.
Will you process my returns?
Yes we can process all of your return as well as any inspections needed before products are put back in inventory or discarded. We will then provide you with quick notifications.
Can you send ship confirmation e-mails?
Yes, we can send an order confirmation email to you and at your option we can send a ship confirmation email to your customers that will include the tracking number and your own custom sales message.
Do you provide Kitting and assembly services?
Yes, we are specialized in many value added services like labeling, kitting, sorting, assemblies and many others. We can offer you a price per piece option or a fix hourly rate depending on the project and the volumes.
What can Wiptec Logistics do for my business?
Wiptec Logistics is a third party logistics company (3PL), that will help you grow your business by taking in charge one part or all of your logistics operations in order to lower your costs and increase your overall logistics efficiency.
Can Wiptec Logistics manage my transportation network?
Yes, we can handle your transportation needs whether it's a single shipment or managing your entire supply chain.
What is a third party logistics (3PL) Service?
An outsourced service provided by a company that specializes in transporting, warehousing and scheduling of the delivery of goods owned by others. The 3PL provider takes physical possession of goods to be delivered, arranges the appropriate delivery method or mode of transportation, arranges schedules and handles all operational tasks associated with the delivery process. These services may be provided on a one-time or ongoing basis.
